Business information

Order, return, and shipping help

Include your full name, order number, purchase date, item, and a short description of the problem. For a damaged or incorrect shipment, keep the package and include photographs. Request return authorisation before mailing anything back.

Consultations and appointments

For scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellation, contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment whenever possible. Clinical questions may need to be redirected to the licensed professional or secure clinical platform responsible for that service.

Privacy and security

Do not send full card numbers, account passwords, Social Security numbers, diagnoses, laboratory reports, medication lists, or other sensitive medical records through the general contact form or ordinary email. We will direct you to an appropriate secure channel when needed.

Response time

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Response time may be longer on weekends, holidays, or during unusually high volume.
