Terms of service

Terms and Conditions

Effective date: August 26, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.naturalapothecaryshoppe.com, any related webpages, and any online or in-store purchase, appointment request, consultation, program, or other service offered through the website (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Lori L. Rinker LLC, doing business as Natural Apothecary Shoppe (“Natural Apothecary Shoppe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, scheduling a service, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our posted Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit an order.

1. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase or schedule a service through the Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful, personal purposes and not to interfere with its security, operation, content, or other users.

2. Health and medical information

Important: Content on the Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Always consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, diet, exercise plan, peptide-related service, GLP-1-related program, or other health practice—especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take prescription medication, or may be at risk of an interaction or adverse effect. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of information on the Site. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.

Information presented on the Site does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Any service requiring medical evaluation, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment is subject to separate eligibility requirements, informed-consent documents, and the independent clinical judgment of an appropriately licensed healthcare professional. Submission of an appointment request, intake form, or payment does not guarantee eligibility, a prescription, a particular treatment, or a particular outcome.

3. Dietary supplement notice

Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual responses vary, and no result is guaranteed. Product information should be reviewed together with the product label, ingredient list, directions, warnings, and applicable manufacturer information.

4. Products and services

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, colours, images, sizes, availability, and service information accurately. Packaging, labelling, formulations, ingredients, and appearances may change, and screen settings may affect how colours appear. If information on the Site conflicts with a product’s current physical label, contact us before use.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products or services, decline or cancel an order, restrict sales by location, or require additional verification when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, inventory control, or payment processing. Products and services are offered only where lawful.

5. Orders, prices, and payment

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices, promotions, availability, taxes, and shipping charges may change without notice. The total amount presented at checkout, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is the amount authorised for payment.

You represent that all order and payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not constitute acceptance. We accept an order when we process it for fulfilment. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate prices, or other obvious errors. If a correction materially affects a submitted order, we will cancel or seek your approval before proceeding.

6. Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, supply interruptions, address errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged shipments, and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy posted on the Site and incorporated into these Terms. Certain goods may be non-returnable or subject to additional restrictions for health, safety, hygiene, legal, or regulatory reasons. Refunds, when approved, are generally issued to the original payment method. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right available under applicable law.

7. Appointments, consultations, and programmes

Appointment availability is not guaranteed. You agree to provide complete and accurate information relevant to scheduling and service eligibility and to comply with any separately disclosed cancellation, rescheduling, consent, and programme terms. Fees for completed consultations, missed appointments, late cancellations, custom orders, laboratory work, or third-party services may be non-refundable when clearly disclosed before purchase.

Some services may be furnished by independent licensed professionals or third-party providers. Those services may be governed by separate professional, privacy, consent, payment, cancellation, and telehealth terms. Natural Apothecary Shoppe does not control an independent provider’s clinical judgment.

8. Accounts and communications

If the Site permits accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You agree that we may send transactional communications concerning orders, appointments, security, or service administration. Marketing communications are subject to your consent and applicable law, and you may unsubscribe using the method provided in the message.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its text, graphics, photographs, logos, product names, designs, videos, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to Natural Apothecary Shoppe and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

10. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content, you represent that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, does not violate another person’s rights, and does not contain unlawful, misleading, harmful, or confidential material. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content in connection with operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove user content but are not obligated to do so.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, payment processors, scheduling platforms, carriers, manufacturers, or service providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, availability, or performance. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED REMAIN IN EFFECT.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATURAL APOTHECARY SHOPPE, LORI L. RINKER LLC, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law forbids that limitation.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Natural Apothecary Shoppe, Lori L. Rinker LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable consumer right, any court proceeding arising from these Terms, the Site, or a transaction with us must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Sarasota County, Florida. You and we consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date unless otherwise stated or required by law. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability, waiver, and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies and transaction-specific terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the Site and applicable purchases or services.
