Mid Range Option – BioStone Plus Filter (Classic)
The BioStone Plus Filter (Classic) delivers advanced mid-range filtration performance for cleaner, better-tasting water. Built from a high-quality compressed carbon block, it features Plus Technology—specialty media that enhances contaminant reduction. This filter effectively removes chloramine, heavy metals, and other challenging impurities, offering improved performance over the BioStone Basic filter.
While it does not remove heavy metals as thoroughly as the UltraWater filter, the BioStone Plus includes Scale Guard protection, ensuring superior results compared to any granular activated carbon (GAC) filter, regardless of micron rating.
Designed for use in the Filter 2 position of the Athena Classic model, it is also compatible with most older models. For compatibility questions, contact Customer Service.
